Cole Dillon has joined Codaray Construction as Safety Manager. “We hold safety as our highest priority,” explained Matt Pace, President, Codaray Construction, “for all on our job sites – clients, subcontractors, and our staff.”
“Cole brings a background of leading safety efforts for several industries,” continued Pace. “He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety. Cole will lead and direct all safety initiatives to improve the overall safety culture and serve as the contact for any safety-related issues.
Dillon is a native of Franklinton, LA, and he and his family reside in Hattiesburg. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety. He is a Graduate Safety Practitioner through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Prior to joining Codaray, Dillon worked in and throughout the Jones Companies subsidiaries – Jones Power, Jones Logistics, and SPOT Technologies. “Codaray appealed to me in the fact that it is a company with tremendous growth opportunities,” explained Dillon, “and shares the Jones Company values that I have come to appreciate.”
