Codaray Clifford Pace, Sr. opens Hub Sheet Metal and Roofing and instilled the value of the hard work and integrity needed to build a business in his family, many of whom worked for Hub Sheet Metal.
2017
A New Partnership
After 13 years of construction experience, Matt Pace, the great grandson of Codaray Pace, Sr., joins forces with Jones Capital and opens Codaray Construction, paying homage to his family name. Founded in Hattiesburg, Codaray focuses on providing commercial construction services throughout the Pine Belt.
2018
Growth & Success
Codaray doubles in size and scope, hiring additional experienced talent and broadening its customer base.
2019
Regional Expansion
Codaray expands to open an office in Ridgeland, MS and reaches outside of Mississippi to serve customers from New York City to Houston, Texas.
