• Conduct project kickoff meetings to align with Owner objectives, priorities and performance criteria
• Develop preliminary budget estimates and validate project feasibility
• Perform site investigations and due diligence
• Assist in defining project scope, schedule and phasing strategies
• Identify long-lead procurement items and begin early procurement planning
• Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Prepare conceptual and schematic design options with constructability input

Design Services Toggle Design Services +

• Provide full architectural and engineering design services
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulations
• Coordinate with permitting authorities and manage permit submissions
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) or other digital tools for design visualization

• Develop and manage overall construction schedule, including phase and milestone tracking
