Codaray is pleased to welcome Katie Crow as Employee Experience Director. She will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, internal events, and more. Katie will work companywide and be housed in the Ridgeland office.
She brings over 13 years of experience in human resources and recruiting talent. Katie began her career in banking and transitioned to other industries giving her expertise that crosses the professional arena. A native of Yazoo City, Katie now resides in Madison. She is a graduate of Delta State University with a degree in Business Administration.
