“Going into this project, my staff and I were preparing ourselves for some challenging times because this was the most complex and difficult project we had ever undertaken. The team Codaray put together allowed this project to flow smoothly… it has truly been a remarkable experience.”Owner Testimonial
The majority of the Cook Library renovation project was funded by State bond funds, while the Bower Academic Center (13,800 Sq. Ft.) was funded by private funds raised by the University of Southern Mississippi Athletic Foundation. With this project involving both private and public funding sources, it resulted in a complex set of variables for the owner’s representatives to manage. This required continuous and accurate reporting of information from Codaray to the University’s representatives.
Even though there were multiple phases, different timelines, and the challenge of keeping the library operational for students and staff, Codaray met the sequencing schedule on time or ahead of schedule in every situation.
